ANBAGAM has several sheltered workshops and sheds where vocational training is imparted. Subjects include printing, composing, book binding, file making and carpentry, cloth weaving, mat weaving, embroidery and tailoring. Other areas for training are the dairy farm, poultry farm and agricultural farm. After the age of 18, those who have mastered sufficient skills are employed in the Printing Press in various capacities such as composers, binders, assistants and operators. Others are employed on the farms, or in the weaving or tailoring sections. The products are sold to generate funds.
